Ok sorry i no its the last thread, for a bit lol.
So i like doing projects my self and this seems a perfect opotunity to make a humidior.
Im thinking of doing it either two different ways
option 1
Making the humidior out of a food cooler the sort for barbeques and for pickniques. Then make some sort of rack out of spanish cedar or possibly some sort of plastic. then make a humidifier out of a small plastic container, some sponge, and some humidifier fluid. Then simply add a hygrometer and a thermometer. The cigars would rest on the rack, in their boxes with the lids off if im right most cigar boxes are made of spanish cedar so i shouldn't need any lining.
option 2
Use a wine cooler or a mini fridge (probably a mini fridge). then add some extra shelves probably out of plastic, then add a home made humidifier like the other one, then install a thermometer and a hygrometer.
The only thing that worryes me with option two is what temp the wine cooler/mini fridge with do down to as i hear 60-70f is needed. (What heppens if it drops below 60f will it damage the cigars.)
Thanks for any help in advance.
