Much to my irritation Boisdale is closed i set this saturday off work to come down especially there from lancashire.

apart from no 10 where else would be open late?

the later the better - i'll be coming in from east london...

any recommendations people?

the one on canary wharf is - didnt think it would be with so many people coming to london and it being a 4 day weekend.

Just a reply from Boisdale - the only one open is the Belgravia Boisdale.

how is that compared to the canary wharf? or compared to no10?

Boisdale in Victoria is excellent, it was the original and it is a lively spot. Great food, Usually jazz later on and needless to say the Cigar Terrace. Just one word of warning, to guarantee a space on the terrace you may need to book a table to eat, if you havan't got a booking you take pot luck for a space on the terrace.

I am told it is usually quieter on Saturday afternoon though.
