It pays to take care of your teeth you never know when theyre most needed.
Friday afternoon took me to the local town centre in beautiful sunshine, so i thought i'd pack a fine cuban and lighter, most of what i need for a smoke is always in my car. At the end of the day i ordered a coffee took out one Party short & lighter then horror no cutter, i'd borrowed my daughters Mini, without hesitation i bit the cap off with great precision, and the day was saved in fact the smoke was excellent aided by the coffee , sunshine and the lady sitting opposite with the big boobies. Xikar eat your heart out.

Or you can dampen the cap, then use a thumb nail to score a punch size hole & remove. Usually works & no tobacco bits in between your teeth.

Yep, many years back I once or twice used on holiday, large nail clippers.
Cigars were a bit cheesy
I now carry a hole cutter attached to my key ring.
