What cigars according to time of the day?

So I am a little quiet at work this morning and find my mind drifting to which cigars I prefer to smoke during certain times of the day.

Early bird smoke I like a Ramon Allones Small Club Corona.

For me my choice smoke midday onwards would normally be a Trinidad Reyes.

Evenings tend to be the stronger stuff, hence my current faves are Partagas SD4 & Bolivar Belicosos Finos.

I know we all like to dabble in different smokes but those above are my 'usuals'.

Do people change their smokes according to the time of day, or do you go for the big hitters from the off?

For me it depends on how many I'm planning to smoke and what other flavours I'm consuming inbetween / at the time. Start with the mildies and work up.

Well it's very rare that I would ever smoke more than one cigar a day so I just pick the one I feel like at the time, whether I've eaten or not plays a part in the choice obviously.

For a light but flavourful daytime smoke I've recently discovered the Diplomaticos No 4 which may become my first box purchase

Mine are from 2010 are are smoking very well, gone through, nearly, a full box in just over a month, not often I do that with such a Very Young Cigar.

I rarely smoke other than in the evening and I prefer mild cigars so it's usualy and RyJ Corona or Churchill if I have the choice. I haven't been smoking long so the Reyes I'll be sampling this month may get a look in.

Always like a little smoke in the morning, just to get things up and running. JL PC in the morning is my favourite. Later smokes are generally larger and it depends very much on what I have eaten that day.

I could get up in the morning & face an aged Monte 2,
then again an hour or two later,
then an hour or two after that,
then perhaps an hour or two after that, then an aged Monte 2 after lunch,
then mid afternoon,
then have a break & have an aged Monte 2 before I turn in!

what I smoke depends on my mood, more than time of day. Sometimes I will start my day with a mild cigar, other days it will be a fullbodied smoke.
