  • London retailer recommendations

I am having a couple of nights in London with the wife at the beginning of December and as she likes to have a look round Harrods with the Christmas lights on I normally nip in and pick up a few gars ect whilst there from the humidor on the ground floor (which I believe is run by JJ fox).

She has asked if there is anywhere I would like to visit whilst I am there, so my question is this, If I wanted to visit one place in London to purchase a few sticks where would be the best choice?

I know everyone has there favorites but thinking about choice, atmosphere and location what would you recommend, I would love to visit Ajays but think that this may be a little out of the way when time is short.

You have Davidoff's, JJ Foxes, and 1 St James Street, all on the same street, near Green Park station. Just do all three!

If you're nice to the guys and get a minute to mention it to them in the humidor I'm sure they won't say the cost out loud when you have to pay... then straight out to Jermyn street and treat the lady to some good shoes.... thats the trick.

just had a smoke a few weeks back with Deano and some other EU people that were passing through at Fox. Real nice place they have there. Davidoff was less friendly but had a lot of non-cigar merchandise to drool over.

Or if you had a couple of hours to spare and an iPod handy you could download the Cuban Cigar walk London which introduces you to four of the finest cigar stores and many other delights in Mayfair and st James, but then I could be biased.

                Link below.

You could even pop in to Tomtom's in Victoria only a few mins away well from Victoria
