    Hmm, tricky one ...

Agree about the Behike to some extent - hyped way out of order. Pleasant, but not life changing.

Rarely had a good Edmundo either. Just tried a Trini EL 2010 & found it bitter and too young, but I blame me for expecting too much too early ?

The one I was hoping for great things from (because I'd have bought a jar) was the LGC Delisiosos Cuba ER - fell really flat for me

Shared a pair with my bro last Christmas day. They'd been sitting in my singles humi since the year they were launched (2003 or was it 2004?) & I certainly had high hopes. Again, not a bad smoke, just nothing that really set me alight - most probably my most disappointing smoke of 2009.

I'm so glad you guys all said this. I thought it was just me and maybe my palette wasn't educated enough.

But after enjoying a few boxes of the Petit Edmundo I bought a single Edmundo and left it to rest for a year. Then this summer I brought it out at a barbeque with great expectation.

        And it was..................................meh

The LE, what was wrong with it, flat, plugged, one-dimensional etc, curious as I have never smoked one.

Hey monkey as i said before i didnt hate this cigar it just left me very disapointed i been wanting to try one for years so my expectations where pretty high after reading nothing but good things about them, but without going into great detail firstly the cigar was slkightly plugged and through until the last third of the cigar was very mild and sweet (not a bad thing by all means) and very one dimensional but alas the final third opened up to show something stunning very complex and flavoursome so by the time i was starting to get to enjoy the cigar it was nearly finished so leaving me somewhat disapointed but having said that the smoking environment at the time was pretty poor (outside and very cold) so im determined to try again with these and will probably more than likely purchase a couple more and try them again..

I'm going to have to jump on the RYJ wide churchill train, after reading all the hype i was very dissappointed to find it rather one dimensional

The wide Churchill I had this evening was a total non event- no flavour and rather bitter. Horrible!

Wow. I have had three of these from a March 2010 box and loved every minute. Maybe you got some fakes kid.

I have to say I am a fan but the cigar store I got mine from said his arrived very dry and he had given them an extra burst of humidity. The two I have slowed have been good but the first was exceptional.

Am I allowed to say the flor de cano 2010 RE on account of the fact it doesn't seem like it'll be released in 2010?
