Since they merged with Dominique service has changed & Mitchell never replies anymore

I would dispute that, he always answers mine very swifty & I am a long time customer but a smaller buyer.

I think everyone's going to assume bias on my part but honestly it's clearly a pricing error and these are largely not honoured by most merchants, cgars seems to have then gone above and beyond to correct it.

I blame it all on the price rises of recent years - we're all on edge and desperate for well priced sticks
