I had my order amended without an email notification, just a note on my account on their site. I’d been emailing to add more stuff & they didn’t tell me the Boli had been removed.
i had a box of Gold Medal from CGars back in 2014 & the service then was 1st class. If this is how they’re going to treat customers the business will suffer.
10 years ago Mitch would pick up the emails and usually respond in person within a few hours, whatever time or day.
I never had problems with them before and I remember once I ordered a Sancho Panza Sancho in an individual coffin along with a miniature of Macallan that they had priced incorrectly but still honoured the deal (it was a great deal - £26 I recall).
