I always thought the event pack prices was just to advertise the event like it's a bargain knowing no one will ever buy them as packs

Sorry yes to be precise I'm taking about the flip price. The packs are gifts at the events! Some packs are offered by retailers after though, e.g pl47 packs appeared at cgars and recently on sale at half price.
