I assume the tobacco would be taxed at the same rate as other cigar tobacco? Not really sure tbh.

I have used Rizla in the past for fixing. I try just to wipe the gum onto the wrapper and glue it that way. I would use the actual paper if needed though.

I love this idea, but my slight modification would be:

Small 5" x 2" leather pouch that unrolls to expose a small tube of torcedors glue, a 7/32" round file, & a scissor.

Maybe add a zipper and have it lock like a pick-pockets kit.

Put me down for a dozen.
