I've heard that cello is supposed to make humidifying slower?

I don't believe cello delays aging, you need tubes for that. Cello is air porous, just protects the wrapper. But who doesn't love seeing yellowed cello on vintage cigars?

What's the estimate? 200 pairs of hands touch each cigar in the production process?

I just think it's not necessary and is annoying to take the cigar out. Looks rubbish too.

and what about the gold foil they insist upon wrapping around some of the RE LE's? double and triple band nonsense...

Bands used to be reserved for small boxes to be sold as singles.

I might get flamed for this, but the Factory Smokes range are a really good (IMVHO) "budget range". Not as keen as the sweet as on the plain, but well worth a go.

Just had a one of these delivered last week so should be able to try it out this afternoon hopefully

I had the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut recently which can be bought for sub £20. Probably the best cigar I've had recently.

Wrapper leaves are Bourbon Barrel aged.

Anyone up for a budget for under £10 thread .....

I had a Dutch Blend Corona last week for £6.19 and it was not bad at all. I'll be getting more of those to smoke so i can rest some of the other (slightly less cheap) sticks to rest for a while
