My friend's mom found these whilst cleaning her attic. I think they were from our school prom 22 years ago. No stamp on the box. Can anyone confirm?

Does the seal look like it was once attached to the box? Is there glue residue on the box where it should have been?
The HSA sticker on the bottom is a bit odd....came unstuck then got restuck?!
