So just having a read about these can't make my mind up if it's something I would try or not.

Wide Edmundo in Spain

I'm totally not excited by this. This wide everything fad is depressing. Wide churchill being the first and only other? How many more to follow?
52 is the biggest RG I'd buy again if something great was released. I've a whole bunch of larger RG (up to 56!) already, they'll do.
And I'm a fan of the Edmundo range. The original, double and petite I've liked. But not the Wide Edmund-no..--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

See I quite like a Wide Churchill (not something i buy often) and larger RG cigars in general but I feel this is just a "we better get something out" cigar.
I have loved every Montecristo I have smoked but if I had the choice between the standard/double/Petit or the wide I would more than likely just get the standard I'm sure there are plenty of folk out there that would buy into the wides

In my limited experience wide can mean more loosely rolled but I’d try them for sureLast edited by smokey joe; 09-10-2022, 02:35 AM.

I'm gonna take a guess that the wide range is targeting the gap they left that obviously the NC market is enjoying. So looser draw maybe expected? But I guess too the Cubans don't usually get the looser construction right....--
