I know times have been hard but wow. The wife is in Amsterdam so I thought I would check pgc hajenius site for a box of ryj 2's (not exactly moon dust) and this is what I found..

Another vendor down under isn't expecting an improvement in the rate of production for at least two or maybe three years. Even then might not be able to get back to 2019 levels of production.

That's mental. I wonder how some of the nc brands have faired. Lack of stock has made Cubans even more exclusive inducing panic buying for those that can both find and afford.

NCs are massively on the up. When I was in Madrid in June, lots of the shops have increased their NC stockholding due to the lack of Cubans and the vendors say they're selling like hot cakes and that revenue/sales are much the same so they're not worried TBH

i was checking on the big german site yesterday evening and most of the nc's are also out of stock. glad i have plenty to keep me going for the time being

Arturo Fuente obviously saw this coming because they opened a bonded warehouse is Belgium a couple of years ago and the German sites are now starting to stock them. They have even released three European regional edition Opus X. expect to pay about the same price in Euros as our colonial cousins pay in dollars. As an example I paid £18 each for my Opus X Pussycats and they'll cost you £29 in the UK.
