I brought some back from Salou in early June.
But nothing there last week.

Germany seems to be the same for internet sales although they could be selling to the local community only.

There are still Cubans to be had in Spain outside of the main tourist traps or in the smaller Tabacs. I travel to Germany several times a year and there is definitely not much Cuban stock to be found. Plenty of NC though. When I was in Berlin last month I asked one retailer if he had any aged Cubans, when he finished laughing he said the wished.

I have an Ex-pat friend in Germany & he couldn't find anything he wanted so he asked me for a contact. I enquired & found what he wanted but more than he wanted to pay. And when actually trying to order, everything was unavailable. Even when my German friend called himself, he got the same answer. Perhaps they have a few boxes under the counter for local long term customers. It would make sense to try & look after them, if you can.
