I had a sampler of these sent to me a few weeks ago. Full disclaimer, I kind of know the people involved. Natural and maduro Lanceros and Carlotas (Especial No. 2 size). They are very good. The blends have been tweaked by Rob Ayala and Hamlet over the last two years. I preferred the maduros slightly, the wrappers have a sweeter flavour. I think people will like them. It'll be interesting to see the reaction.

Bought the last batch - N3 hugely better than N1, but now the N1 has come around really nicely. Looking forward to receiving and tasting the new ones

I bought into the last batch too, although both are right in my flavour wheel; funnily I preferred the N1 over the N3. They both just keep getting better. Looking forward to trying the latest creations. I went for mixed batches

Not officially but when packages don’t update within a few hours it’s usually bad news. Still should be reasonably priced compared to UK standards

Have you had a card through the door or has your tracking let you know the bad news?

Mine say they’re on their way to me so I haven’t lost all hope but the amount of time it’s taking to move through the system usually means bad news.

I got the same delightful card a few days ago unfortunately. Still a relatively good price overall so I won’t grumble.

Had a Maduro Lancero the day I picked them up and it was very good, burnt for just about 2 hours as well which was surprising. Looking forward to trying the lighter version when the weathers a bit better 😂.
