That's odd. My experiences are completely different to yours. I've bought lots of boxes all at the price advertised. Always prompt in replying to emails and phone calls

I remember a tit for tat exchange that was shared on a discord site from the owner who was quite unprofessional. Shame really especially as this was during the pandemic when things were stressful for businesses
