Dunno why he doesn't put the book on general release. I think he'd make a mint.
?????? You can buy the current book everywhere, all cigar stores and Amazon and I don't anticipate that it would be any different with a second edition.
Fine, buy me a copy would you? Thanks, much appreciated Nic!
"In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love, they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock!"

Well I know you can buy the book on Amazon. Why, it's right here, and all you need it ?168 lying around to buy a used copy
Think I may have misworded my statement. What I'm getting at is that I don't see why he doesn't do more than a limited print run. If MRN released it more widely then poor people such as myself could get a copy and I could then hand him my hard-earned cash. As it stands, the proceeds of sales go the book owners, not MRN.
I'm still waiting for the whiskey to whisk me away
And I'm still waiting for the ashtray to lead me astray

Davidoff have copies under ?100, there are also copies in JJ Fox and Dunhill. I don't understand why you think there is a limit on availability.
It's expensive but it's a great book. It's never going to get on the Richard and Judy book list so naturally the print run is fairly small but it's not a secret society. It's out there dude!
?168 I paid ?55 from cgars 4yrs ago & that was possibly the most I have ever paid for a book, but as a work of reference, I have used it more than any other (even more than any single pike fishing book! The real question is how much would the next edition be? It seems to me he is going so far on the technical side, that unless they have a very big print (unlikey me thinks) it'll have to be around or over the Amazon price.
Would I pay that much? Well first I'd sell my rather worn, well thumbed copy, that should give me the first ?100, then it will barely be the price of a box of smokes on top.
