I've had a box of Monte 3s that have smoked like absolute crap for the last couple of years. Every time I have one I give them the benefit of the doubt and leave them a couple more months to improve...but of course they never do. I think I've had 8 or 9 now... all with construction issues. Just a bad experience every time. Question is, what to do with them? They cost me a pretty penny so I'm loath to get rid of them but life is too short to smoke a crap cigar. What do you guys do with a bad box?

Short of having bought off a vendor who will do something about it your options are pretty limited.

almost all were plugged or rolled too tight
I ended dry boxing and removing the rings but they still were poor
