This looks amazing! Absolute dream! Air purifier might safe you an early retirement of the white furniture though. Smoke makes things sticky over time.
Thanks for the suggestion. After a quick Google they seem much better value than the air purifiers too... I told myself I wasnt going to smoke inside this winter, but I may be tempted now 🤔

kern47 and PeeJay - do you have any examples? I see a wide range of prices. I’m quite interested for the garage smoking area!
Cheers PeeJay - I wondered if that was the sort of price range you were suggesting or if there was something cheaper. I have no real need for a dehumidifier except to get rid of cigar smoke!
Thanks for the comments everyone. It soon became apparent that I'd need some form of air purifier in there, especially as the weather feels like it has turned and so the bi-folds are staying shut.
I did some research and found a https://www.breathingspace.co.uk/air...re-filter-p229 which was delivered on Tuesday. Took about five minutes to set up. Since then it has been quietly whirring away on auto mode and the room smell has already improved. On auto mode, you cannot hear the machine working.
There were so many different types of purifier, one company immediately recommended their most expensive machine, despite the fact it was massively over specced for the room. Breathing Space spent 20 minutes on the phone running through the various models, made some great recommendations on sizing and couldn't have been more helpful. Well worth a call if anyone needs a purifier.

I bought this because I have a TV, BluRay player and an Echo in my cabin and for their sakes the humidity shouldn't exceed 70%

Been looking at these for a garden office / cigar room I have plans to build next year.
One thing that always confuses me though is that if I’m smoking (and smoke typically rises) how does the air purifier pull the air down to ground-level to clean it?
