You could always buy it anyway and include it in a bombing run! Of course you may need to put a warning 'do not smoke' label on it if you do! Or perhaps buy it and perform an autopsy for purely scientific purposes.

          Personally I wouldn't bother...

Looks to me like the sort of souvenier cigar you get from place like Tenerife, etc...

          Cheers, HabanoSy

Sorry forgot to mention. I found a mention of the name here

                http://forums.cigaraficionado.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6346086/m/390103255

A guy got left a box in a will but the band is a different design. Still if the price stays low I might get it for curiosities sake

There appears to me to be a big split on near the foot alarm bells would ring go me that this has not been kept in tip top condition and not sure how it would smoke with that.

What I think too. Hotels also used to have custom banded cigars.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Hadn't really thought about smoking it to be honest- it looks a little past it's best to say the least- just more a curiosity than anything else

I'd also that it's not a leaf wrapper, but that homogenised tobacco stuff - a giant Hamlet, in other words.
