Will share with you my first and only experience with your fantastic looking shop. Went in, got stared at by all the staff, took a walk around the humi and was followed like a thief, left and have never been back.
I'm sure not everyone gets such treatment but it certainly alienated me. walked down to JJF and have been a customer ever since.
I will pop in and see you soon Eddie and see if things can be recified

Although you are right when I started going into JJs and Davidoff it was bad, and now when they see me I imagine they just think "Ah. Bless".

I'd like to propose the tobacconist in West Croydon opposite Jessops, if Croydon is considered a london address. Not for the cigar range which is small, expensive and in terrible condition, but the man who serves you; An amazing bearded troll like creature invariably bleeding from nose or forehead with a bizarre and "off the wall" line in sales patter. you don't get that in Davidoffs or indeed Asda.

My experiences at Davidoffs have not been good ones...!!!
JJ Foxs, I like, friendly staff, cigars in all honesty could be kept better but with the edition of the smoking room it's a good experience...
If we are going slightly out of the centre of London then im afraid there is only one winner for me...
Yep you guessed it, La Casa in teddington...
Absolutely bloody superb, end of...
Cheers, HabanoSy

I've only ever visited JJ Fox and Davidoff in London and thought the staff in both were very helpful and friendly.
Maybe like someone else said, maybe it depends on who you happen to get serving you???"The best cigar you'll ever smoke is the one you're smoking at the minute" - Zino Davidoff
