Cedar sheets?

Hi there,
new to this forum (a few hours ago actually so...."Hi"!) but, as I have recently converted a wine cooler into a humidor, I might be able to help.
I simply visited a couple of cigar shops in London and bought 7 or 8 boxes. Just dampen the boxes with an old teatowel for an hour or so and remove all labels and paper. Then using a stanley knife cut the wood to required size and .....tadaaaa! Cheap and cheerful separators.
You can even buy a sheet of sticky pads (used under furniture to prevent scratching) on the end bits to ensure a snug fit.

I had about 10 of those thin sheets yesterday. But last night I made spills out of them for lighting cigars. Big mistake as it takes a long time to get a proper light too. So now I have cedar strips I'll probably just use in the BBQ!
For my tupperdor I used a combination of those thin sheets and box tops. I left the paper on them. I used a hit glue gun to fix them to the walls.
