I've been lusting after a box of these for a while.. as a JL fan!, but have not yet had one. If any BOTL has had any... be interested in your opinions.

i bought 2 as singles and smoked one a short while back and thought it was a wonderful cigar full of flavour and will most definately get better with age even though they are in my opinion great now.
i have to be honest i enjoyed the cigar so much i wouldnt hesistate to by a box the only thing stopping me right now is lack of funds

Well, you can't really compare a Punch to a Juan Lopez, but:
? the Torre Iznagas sized JL (52rgx170mm) is a bigger cigar than the Punch (which is a pyramid)
? the Punch is probably a stronger cigar?

I don't want to touch my box of Seleccion Suprema before 2011, so all I can say is that they are gorgeous?

Like smallclub says, no real comparison...

All I know is they are both really good cigars...

Have to admit though that I would probably plump for the Serie D'oro No.1 over the JL SS if I had to choose...!!!

I've tried a few different REs and have found most to have quite a different profile from the regular line. Best example is the UK Punch D'oro, Surprised it was branded as a Punch tbh.

oh man..JL Seleccion Suprema, along with Punch Serie D'Oro 1 are the best UK ERs so far in my opinion...just placed order for a box 3 days ago, can't wait!!!!
