So then... Has anyone hereabouts smoked a Bolivar No3? I popped into one of Cheltenham's cigar stores and picked one up today. I'd planned on getting a Wide Churchill, but I may have been a little optimistic about the speed it would take for them to reach the 'shires...

I've had a little look online and can find almost nothing about these panatela sized cigars.

    hey simon,
i do like my bolivars, i don't think a week goes by without a no.2 or royal corona!!! as for the no.3, it's a great week 30 minute smoke and well worth the ?5 or whatever they cost!!! at the end of the day, since it's a small cheap cigar, don't expect too much...........then you'll not be disappointed!!!

I shall probably give it a run out tomorrow afternoon. The humidor at the store seemed very well kept (if a little small) - decent temperature and the hygrometers were all reading in the high 60s, ideal. As such, it shouldn't need to be rested after transit.

I've really enjoyed the previous Bolivars which I've tried, so I felt it was about time I gave one of their slimmer cigars a try.

I tried them, nothing like the rest of the Boli range really. Just like the Monty & R&J Mini's are nothing like the rest of their range. OK for a one pint puff, but that's it really.

Smoked one of these ages ago...

Not bad at all for a quick morning smoke with a coffee...

Be interesting to hear your thoughts on the Boli 3 Simon...

            Cheers, HabanoSy

Interesting! Might pick up 3 of these from a B&M in Melbourne. Will have to be later this week though. Not pay day till then.
