I would like to share my feeling.

I had my frist and only NC last Sat, a Nub 466 Habano, and it ticked all the tasting check list, but it just wasn't for me.

I won't say anything too solid as I only ever had one NC, but after I tasted it, it left me thinking if an average NC is what the Habano tasted like, then I would have no problem choosing a cheap cuban over it everytime, such as a Monte 5 / Party shorts or JL PC.

I will try more NC before I come to my final conclusion.

There's just something about Cubans that makes your spine tingle, I find. I was in the tobacconist today, and the CC section just drew me in, the NC's seem a bit average.
But don't get me wrong, some NC's are as good, if not better, than CC's. I think the CC market will stay alive no matter how terrible the cigars get though, it's the stigma that goes with them.

What NC should i try next after the Nubs?

I find them taste completely different to the CCs that i had. if CCs are beer, the Nubs taste like coke to me. it's hard to believe but they are just 'very different'

another thing i find CCs are more attractive are the packaging and the band and logo designs.

CCs are more about classic and elegant or morden classics

whereas NCs seems to project very different images, some are funny, some are miltary perhaps?
