An excellent choice. Grace Kelly has it for me, but Hepburn in Holly Golightly (or however you spell it) mode would certainly brighten one's life up.

Clint Eastwood, John Wayne and Lee Marvin in the same room. I recon a fight would probably break out between Eastwood and Wayne though but that would be part of the entertainment.
The whole Rat Pack, absolute legends and idols.
Billy the kid. Could be interesting so long as he dosent shoot me.
Douglas Bader, unsure if he was a Cigar man but he has been one of my biggest idols and inspirations since i was a kid.

John peel cos I loved the guy. Always wanted to buy him a pint, alas, not to be.
Sam Peckinpah. Was he as cantakerous as reported.
James Coburn cos he seemed like a decent guy.
Shane Warne. One of the boys but switched on aswell.
                    Noddy Holder for the stories.
Oliver Reed. Just to see how messy we could get.
Kate Bush because if we met we would have got married(sigh!)

                          Talking about philosophers and drinking....

                          THE PHILOSOPHERS SONG

Immanuel Kant was a real pissant,
                          Who was very rarely stable,
                          Heidegger,Heidegger,was a boozy begger,
Who could drink you under the table,
                          David Hume could out-consume,
                          Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel,
And Wittgenstein was a boozy swine,
Who was just as sloshed as Schlegel,
There's nothing Nietzsche couldn't teach yer 'bout the raising of the wrist,
                          Socrates himself was permanently pissed.

John Stuart Mill of his own free will,
On half a bottle o' shandy was particularly ill,
Plato they say, could stick it away,
Half a crate o' whisky every day,
Aristotle,Aristotle, was a bugger for the bottle,
                          Awfully fond of his dram,
And Rene Descartes was a drunken fart,
                          "I drink therefore I am",
                          Yes,Socrates himself is particularly missed,
A lovely little thinker but a bugger when he's pissed.

No man has the right to fix the boundary of a nation.
No man has the right to say to his country, "Thus far shalt thou go and no further."

Many great choices have already been mentioned.

I would have to go with:

                            Clint Eastwood
                            Elvis
                            Frank Sinatra
                            Donald Trump
Jesse James (Old West Gunfighter, not the dude that cheated on Sandra Bullock)
                            Wyatt Earp
Al Capone, Tony Accardo, John Gotti, Carlo Gambino
                            FDR, Churchill, JFK, Reagan

Fidel, about time we got the tax on stogies sorted. If it got to serious i'd have enjoyed a smoke and drink with Pete and Dud.

                                How about fictional characters;

I'd love Hanibal from the A Team, just to say "I love it when a plan comes together," and light one up.
