You speak nothing but good old common sense, the common sense and respect that even the "thick" people used to understand.
Your comment re people commenting on the smell from your cigar is perfect. Have had the same response myself, however, dly the ban would not take into account that many people enjoy the smell of a good cigar (as opposed to cigarette) and would just look at smoking as a whole.
On that subject though.....Another thing I believe should be banned.
I want the government to ban (and I'll be lenient here'ie only in indoor areas, public transport etc.).......FARTING.
Bloody antisocial, especially in lifts, but permissable in the sanctity of your own home(as long as you can still get away with blaming the dog)
