Just back from honeymoon

i am just back from my honeymoon in Mauritius and Dubai, i didnt buy any cigars from mauritius even though they had a small walk in humidor in the duty free, i decided to wait and get them from the new duty free (terminal 3 Dubai),
im a non smoker and have just started smoking the odd cigar, heres what i bought

25 El Ray Del Mundo Lunch Club cigars
1 Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills
1 Montecristo Petit Edmundo
1 Hoyo De Monterrey Petit Robustos

wasnt sure what to buy as im a newbie or what to spend, they will last me a while though,
i was a bit disappointed that they didnt have a selection of single cigars as that was what i was really looking for so i can try different brands,

They are pretty tubes indeed. I remember the humidor in Dubai being very Suave! The airport is so lush it's almost tacky! lol

First off welcome to the forum, i have a question for all (excuse my ignorance) the mini tubed humidors those cigars are in, how do they work exactly, i've only seen one but was a bit embarrassed to ask at the time, They unscrew from both ends the bottom ends holds a sponge which i assume you fill with distilled water/solution? what does the top screw do?

bottom part has a sponge and little holes that vent to the cigar, the top un screws and has a rubber seal but dont see its purpose once un screwed the lid has a solid bar that fits inside the tube when fitted, im new so dont know anything
