i think with me cigars lose their special effect the more frequently i smoke them,
my best cigars have always been after days of real hard work. if i work for a cigar it borders on spiritual when i smoke it!

to be addicted to smoking cigars every day, they lose that effect. even if i try to smoke every day, i turn away from doing it eventually.

sometimes i have massive binges, on cigars, cigarettes, booze and other things. i have quite an addictive personality but its never found its way into drink or ciggies, i binge then abstain. and it'll never be there in cigars!

Ive been spreading out my cigar smokes now, I was finding that the ritual was losing its slight appeal, not by much of course, but the magic of my younger days had gone!"

For me its not an addiction, its defiantly a passion/hobby/pastime however you want to label it.
I like to know that when i light up a cigar its just me and my enjoyment with it for the next hour(not in a weird sexual way ha ha). I light to know i have nothing to do in that time other than smoke.
