I should mention new kid on the block Astoria Cigars based in Margate, Kent - disclaimer: The owner, Jason, is a friend of mine but I'd plug the shop anyway as it's local to me and they have a great selection of Cuban and new world cigars. Jason really knows his stuff and will mail your order out to you.

MSS have been exceptional over the years, although havent ordered from them in a long old time. Cigars, pipes, equipment etc.

years ago I found McGahey in Exeter to be rather good and reliable - and open to doing deals on big purchases... may not be so these days..."Dear heart, you're talking to a man- a real man- who drinks straight Tequilla, with lime and salt on the rim, and smokes cigars" (J Zavala)

Who has the quilted ones? I hear they really improve after a year in the cupboard. Be careful to ensure they are kept in the right condition though. They lose value if they get too moist!
