After reading the recent thread about recommendation for morning, post lunch & dinner smokes, I thought it would be interesting for our members to add their suggestions, which could be very useful for our newbies.
I am not going to break it down as far as the author did, not light or full, or alcohol/ no alcohol as this is very personal & some members are teetotal but I am sure still enjoy full bodied smokes.
For those who don't know me, I have been smoking Havana's for 23yrs & smoke light to full, 28-52rg. I posted this in the cigar section so other members can add NC suggestions but I an not experienced enough to offer any NC suggestions myself.
Post breakfast:
Novice: The smaller Hoyo's come immediately to mind, Du Depute, Du Maire. ERDM DT. Old Machine mades e.g. Belinda's, Monte Joyita's, R&J's.
More experienced: Cohiba Panatelas, RG PanX, SP Belicosis, Hoyo PR, Du Goumet, QdO Panatela's, SP Molinos. Experienced: Cuaba Divi, Party Short, RA SCC.
Pre-Lunch: Any of the above + ERDM CS & Panatelas, Trini Reyes, Vegerous vitolas.
Post Lunch: I smoke most of my cigars after lunch so almost everything. The bigger/stronger the cigar the heavier/meatier lunch.
Novice: Any of the above, except the lighter/smallest Hoyo's.
Hoyo Epi1 or 2. R&J's, Monte's No4, Tubos, PLPC.
More experienced Boli PC, Cuaba Diademas, Cohiba Sig I or II, Exquisitos, RASS, Boli BF, Party 898, Punch Nifa, SS No 1or2. Trini Colonies.
Pre-Dinner: Depends on time available usually, includes whilst cooking BBQ!
Novice: Smaller R&J's, JL No2, ERDM DT, SP Non-Plus.
More experienced: Trini Reyes, H.Upmann No2.
Post Dinner: For a full dinner, this is usually when you'd smoke your fuller bodied cigars. You just have to judge how much time you have
Novice: Monte No4/3. Hoyo DC.Party 898, RASS, BBF. When ready to try Churchill's: R&J Churchill.
More Experienced: Boli CG, Trini Fundadores.
Experienced: Cohiba Esplen, Sig VI, Piramides X, Behike, Party Lusi, No2, LCDH Salomones,
Will add more later
