I give up. No more storage troubles. I?ve started clearing my wine cellar for rebuild and hope to end up with a WIH. Any tips to where to get Spanish cedar, humidification system etc. are welcome. Let the build begin [emoji41]

Almost 1k bottles - are you kidding? No, it?s a rearrangement and rebuild, so I?m installing single bottle racking and this will create space and order. I?m probably going to sell off a lot of bottles that?ve become so ridiculously expensive that I can?t afford to drink them myself[emoji23][emoji23]
