Last 3rd of the smoke the tastiest?

I like the 1st third best in the same way that I prefer the 1st sip of a pint better than the last.

I usually throw my first 2 beers away, they taste much better as from the 3rd [emoji57][emoji848][emoji15]

Just on an aside, a guy we got into conversation with in JJ's on Friday told us a story about his friend who asked if he could try a cigar for the first time. He decided to be generous and gave him a Cohiba Esplendido which he then cut in half to make smoking it easier!

That wasn't generous or thoughtful, could have put him off for life! I could have suggested a dozen more suitable cigars for a complete newbie, smaller & mild to medium usually works best, especially when only enjoyed with a coffee & water at JJ's.

But I suspect the effect is caused by the lo ger baking time of the last third,which,like simon, I find least pleasurable as a rule
