I have to go to Zurich at the end of the month for a couple of days. When I manage to get away from the office, does anyone have any decent recommendations for shops and places I can go and have a smoke?

Agreed, send our love to Joann, sure she'll look after you well if you tell her you're from our little group. May I suggest you check out their website & look at the vintage pages, then you can email her & ask to reserve the boxes you're interested in.

Hopefully this isn't breaking any forum rules, but if you can't actually get to Gesto's in person they will post to a Swiss address. Always best to actually view the goods in person but not always possible.

Ha! Indeed, it's just when anyone mentions Switzerland, I just think of Getso's!

The lcdh is ok in Zurich, Zigarren - Samuel Menzi about a 10-15 walk from the main reason station through opulence that is Zurich. Manuel's is a fantastic bar with humidor, good drinks, friendly service with a small but acceptable humi.

Just remember to steel yourself for the bill, Switzerland is expensive

Indeed, Gesto's will post to a Swiss hotel address, if you ask Joann to sort out your order I would be very confident it will be tickety boo!

I won’t have time. I arrive late Weds night, two days of meetings then fly home. By that point I won’t have been home for two weeks, so any unnecessary delay will be very painful upon my eventual return.
