Is there a way to label my sticks before putting them in the humidor as I tend to have the same cigars but from different sources and ages? So I can keep a track of what dates they had.

If I want to keep track of the age of a single I'll write the year 'XX on a Dot Sticker;

You can pick up blank bands cheap too and label them that way

LOL I've got a friend that is proper anal like that. I just tend to stick them in the humi and smoke without a care.

couple of ideas that I have seen here....
small swing tags... details on the tag, the string goes round a couple of sticks at a time.
a ribbon, akin to how they are bundled in SLB's and a note tucked into the ribbon
I have found that home made bands made from post it notes works well... cut down the post it.... sticky edge at the top... in centimeter strips gives a great improv label... scribble on the post it with a biro... dont want anything that will leach out of the paper... on all but the fattest sticks the sticky strip adheres to the postit paper.... position it so the stick sitson the overlap and they dont unravel in the humidity.
there are some humidors with a complex grid system of divider and labels which some people have... but frankly this would be my least favourite option
I am reasonably fortunate in so much that i have a reasonably photogrpahic memory and remember most splits and buys...

I just cut strips of paper, write the details on it and wrap around the stick attaching the end with a small piece of sellotape.

Shame there isnt a better app for your phone to take care of this... I use Cigar Scanner which is fine for a stock list, but doesn't let you give enough detail to properly organise things...
