Selling up

Gents I think I have to sell up. I?ve got a bit of an issue with my oesophagus and when I smoke it makes it a lot worse. I?m pretty gutted but I have to put my health before this hobby.
I?m looking for a bit of advice really on how best to go about it. In an ideal world I?d find one buyer who wants the lot but that isn?t very likely I don?t think.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
