Marks on wrapper

Apologies if this is an FAQ and doesn't merit a new thread, but I bought two cigars in tubes yesterday, and on inspection they have marks on the wrapper. Anyone know if this is mould/nothing to worry about/sonething else?

Hard to make out from the pic but these look like water spots to me, nothing to worry about.
