Re Gib: I was hoping to get some RA 225s as I was there just after they were released but they weren't there and my understanding is they mever got there. IIRC when I asked around someone told me the UK mainland shop get them first and then Stags gets any that are left (if there are any)

Not sure John. Looking at CCW, the Laguito No1 and the Grandes are identical in length and RG. I'm not sure if the pigtail is included in the length but I don't think so....?!? Would that account for the 1/4" you mention?
