I reckon 3 sticks is fine, the NC/Cuban ban didn’t go down well so best to keep it open to keep all happy. In the past people have always been generous so no need to stipulate value I don’t think.

Now your being pedantic, Its not a wishlist to say Cubans only, there are huge amount to choose from.. Its not really worth getting into an argument over it either, perhaps the rules should have been set before entry.

Didn't mean to start an argument. If I draw you, I will make sure to keep the NCs out of it. If I draw someone else, I will pick whatever I think is a great mix. This way everyone is happy.
