Morning Cigar

I mostly smoke light and medium cigars, some of which are regularly described in reviews as "Good Morning Cigars".

I don't think I have ever smoked before lunch, and lighting up before mid day does not appeal to me, although I understand it sets some people up for the day like a good coffee.

So does anybody here smoke a cigar in the morning? If so what time do you light up, and what cigars do you choose?

I used to every Saturday when I was single. Coffee, stroopwaffels and a Hoyo du gourmet was a perfect breakfast back then. I love a morning smoke but it's usually just makes me want to smoke all day. Doesn't happen these days too often.

Like others, I tend to do this when on a break etc. Reducing my working week to three days at the end of May, so hopefully will have more time and feel inclined to light up in the mornings.

Morning Cigar

My preferred time for smoking is after lunch but I occasionally smoke in the am. Like most I?m more likely to do so on holiday. Skinnies and mild cigars are the best for that time of day. PL Panetela, Monte Joyita and Punch Margarita have been my staple morning cigars (only 1 of the last one left now) & I smoke at 10am usually.

My back patio is south facing and great in the morning. Gets a bit too hot in summer but i like a morning weekend cigar in spring and autumn.

When the Morning Comes!

Usually when the good weather comes or on holiday and always something small with coffee.

Like minds and all that. I used to enjoy a fine Bolivar Bonito with a cup of Mexicant joe on a warm summer morning, but they discontinued the Bonito years ago (sad).

I'm surprised how many people partake, I'll have to give it a go when the weather improves, just need to decide on a stick and get a couple in the humi. perhaps a small Monte or PLPC.

First thing during drive to work at 6am.
Don't get chance most other times except when not working then it's afternoon.
Ideally would be after dinner with a spirit in the drawing room in front of the fire.

No. Nothing morning time. I'm usually straight out on the way to work. But I am now thinking about mornings working from home if its warm enough... Maybe...
