Absolutely first class.

I purchased a Colibri lighter and cutter set approximately seven months back.
The handle assembly on one side of the cutter dropped to bits last week.





Phoned JJ's on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the cutter.
A brand new cutter was delivered to my door this morning.
Absolutely fantastic service.

The jury is definitely out on the Colibri cutter though. I guess I need to start checking the tiny bolt/grub screw combinations regularly.

I like the Colibri V cutter and it works really well. I'm very disappointed with the Xicar XO though, it's blades suck.

My only experience of JJF's aftersales was a more basic one - wrong cigars (five pack) delivered - but same quality: no quibble; just sent the correct ones and said keep the others. Very fair.

I’m surprised the XO is not very good at the price they retail at! I almost pulled the trigger on buying when I lost my Xi2.

Yeah, sometimes the cigar doesn't get complely cut and 'hangs on' to the closed blades. It's very annoying. I will post a pic the next time that happens.

That does sound annoying. I’ve just checked the price and they seem to be available for around half what I remember (possible incorrectly) them being so that may be telling.
