I found it on CGars Simon Bolivar. A steal at ?14.99 too! Wish I had picked up the remaining stock as they have now disappeared unfortunately.

Yep, I have been smoking them since July 2006, when I found them for E6.50 in a Tabac in Calpe, Spain.
Of curse you'll only teasing yourself by trying discontinued lines; if I were you, I'd try as may current vitola's as you can, especially the slimmer ones & when you find something you like, buy them up before they are discontinued. All the slim ones are at risk of deletion in the next few yrs IMHO. Like Hoyo du Gourments? Make sure you have a few boxes tucked away, ageing will only reward you further.

Funny you should mention Hoyo du Gourmet, I have two or three waiting for me, I will have to try one soon and see if I like them enough to get a box.

Tips: Smoke as first of the day, to appreciate the lighter flav's. Start with just a coffee for same reason, some can manage with just water but not me! dry box for a couple of days if you keep them between 65-70%, to ensure smooth draw. Best smoked indoors or the most sheltered spot you can find & preferably warmer temps than UK before Easter. When you have tried a couple, post a quick review, I am sure we'll be interested to read it.

Fantastic tips there Simon Bolivar, thank you. I think I'll opt for a nice coffee as well (perhaps the Jamaica Blue Mountain that you alerted me to last year!)

Simon can you recommend any other current production smaller ring guage cigars?

I would recommend Por Larra?aga Monte Carlo, La Gloria Cubana Gold Medal No.4 and Bolivar No.3.
