Tubos - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly?

Gotta love the Siglo VI, got five 3 packs of these 'tubed' cigars and I still haven't smoked one yet, everytime I go to, I open the pack slide one out and then think no I can't...!!!

It just looks so special in that tube, I think only a very special ocassion does one deserve to be smoked...

My 4th year wedding anniversary on the 6th Aug (celebrating it on the 8th at Hotel du Vin in Winchester) so maybe I'll smoke one, or two then...

So I gotta ask - what is the difference between tubed and regular from a smoking pint of view.... if anything?

NB - I use my Sig VI tube all the time as a carry case - never fails to impress.

Monkey, I'm with you on the recycling of Siglo IV tubes, can't bring my self to throw them away, far too pretty!

That is the top thing about the tubes. I see them as old mint tins. They're decorative pieces, not just containers to put a stogie in. My Boli' tube from today's little trip is going nowhere!
