  • Hawaiian cigars!

Just back from hawaii and spotted something in the corner of a tourist tat shop.. some boxes and singles of hawaiian cigars.. some research found its a genuine product and not a novelty item.

Plants grown in Kuaui hawaii then shipped to Nicaragua for rolling then sent back to hawaii.. huge tax on tabacco products produced in hawaii apparently.

Found a place that had a humidor so took a punt on a sample box and a single but sadly didn't have a chance to try a stick as smoking is so restrictive in Hawaii.

Will let them settle for a few months and see how it goes.

Kauai Cigar Company - Locally owned maker of premium hand rolled cigars made from tobacco grown on Kauai, Hawaii.

winter has well and truly arrived and not a chance I'm staying outside for an hour so I guess my cigar days are over until spring unless I find a heated bar area.

But hey it give a bit of age right!
