What RH do you favour?

I use 69% bovedas in my lock n locks which hold steady. My desktop varies between 67-68 with the same.

Will start to experiment with 65 for a few singles to see if theres a noticeable difference.

I had mine at 65 then upped to 69 but have gone back to 65 as I found I had to constantly relight. 65 is a far better place to be... cigar wise!

It seems I'd forgotten myself. I switched to 65% boveda in my lock n locks some months ago but have maintained the 69% in my singledor. On the suggestikn of the one they call Bag Boy, aka he who posts as [MENTION=213]TJCoro[/MENTION] I've been putting away a single or 2 or 3 from each purchase to see the changes over a few/several years. At least, that's the plan.

I’ve got no frame of reference, I’m using 69 boveda’s and it creeps up to over 70%. Might try 65’s and see if I can tell the difference.

When I made the jump...I found the cigar had a better burn...I tried 62 but found it was to dry for me... What you could do it dry box a few before you smoke them kinda gives you the jist how they will smoke at a lower rh

Prefer the 70 mark myself find the cigars don't loose the sheen tried lower humidity but find they don't taste as complexed.

65 in my coolers (I use Boveda 69 along with some heartfelt beads) and the same in my desktops. again I use 60g 69 rh Boveda pouches and find it holds steady at 65-66, which is the humidity I like my sticks at for smoking usually

Ive got 69 boveda and some water in mine and its sitting at 66. The air is so dry with the cold i guess.

I usually keep mine at about 70. I find that at 65 they feel very dry and 'hard'. I had read somewhere that long term storage and ageing was best done at a higher humidity, and if you prefered to smoke them at a lower humidity, then you would put them in a seperate humidor or dry-box for a short time. Has anybody heard about doing this or tried it?

I keep mine and 65 - I find that when getting up toward 70 they do not burn as well
