Thanks to your copious notes, muchacho, you have assembled quite an extensive list of NCs to avoid.
Navigating the NC jungle looking for that diamond in the rough can be a tall task, to be sure, but the good ones are out there. It just that there are so darn many NCs on the market it can be a chore getting past the bad to get to the good. But worth the effort, IMO. And with a list like PJ's, it's become a much easier chore, indeed.
Now, senor PJ....how about a list of those NC you found to be enjoyable?
I have had a few NC's that i ditched, mostly just less than avge flav, with no interest but some are horrors.
Cubans: Quntero Favouritos, ditched after a quarter, nothing redeeming in it for me. RG Perlas the few (admittidly) I have tried were under filled & flav blah. Nothing like the Coronas Extra or even the Pan X.
The most frequent problems used to be 2000-2002, the trouble yrs plugged sticks, sometimes only a handful of good smokes in a box. Since then, time has been kind & haven't had a plugged one from that era for yrs. The second group are the Cervantes/ Lonsdales. RG Lonsdale is famous for being the first of this vitola, which should be a really great favourite size but for some reason they are really prone to plugging, SP Molinos, very similar plugging history. I once smoked a pair with Martyn at Boisdales Belgravia, I ended up chopping it to pieces to try & smoke a part of it, just had to give up. Pre-Perfect draw days.
Simon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.
