I've sent them an e-mail three asking the same thing and they told me to have a look at their FAQ: Buyers are charged 15% of the hammer price (plus VAT as applicable) on a Lot being purchased successfully. Q. How much are buyers charged?
A. Buyers are charged 15% of the hammer price (plus VAT as applicable) on a Lot being purchased successfully. If you wish to pay by credit there is a 3% surcharge on the total amount payable.
