Now I have had PM's for a couple of months, I've been the odd fiver of cigars to try and find what I really like. I have a 80 count humidor. But I'm at the point where I need to start a second level of cigars.
So the big question is Do I keep stacking in the same orientation or does the second layer go at 90 deg to the first. So allowing more air around each cigar?
Or is it down to personal preference?

Just keep on posting and around the 3months mark you could get it.

I stack mine all the same way. I have an 80 count humi also which is full. I just make sure I move them around a little now and again.

I seem to recall that Norway had a national debate about the way to stack firewood, you could be igniting something here. I've never heard of anyone stacking them crossways

I stack them in uniform rows but who knows maybe I've been doing it wrong.

They stack so well the same way, one row of cigars then creates the obvious space to place the next row on top

I just stack 'em anyway I can. Singles humi is full and as soon as I have a little space in a box I put singles in there as well. I'm a little lost as to what I have and where this way though.

Its time for an inventory! I keep one as much for knowing where a particular cigar is as I have them in three different locations, cabin, garage and house

                    I guess it is.

I started to add some of my boxes on the Cuban Cigar Website, but then stopped since I always had to log in to subtract the ones I smoke. I recently added some boxes that I'm letting age though. And they give you a total of your cigars owned and it's kinda frightening.....

...except when you start to get singles of the larger ones, then they have to lie 'across the bed'; unless...you cut them in half and make TWO CIGARS - I could make a fortune at that!

They might lay across the bed but everyone else in the bed would then have to lie the same way, that's how I stack my travel humidor
