Currently store my humidor in my wardrobe and with a couple of Biveda packs in there the humidity is nice and stable. Was a bit concerned about the heat and had thought about moving it down to my basement. A couple of issues that concerned me about doing this so thought I would seek advice from anyone kind enough to offer it.
the basement is used for storing my wine cellar and my wife's shoe collection. It has not be ranked and therefore we use a dehumidifier to keep the damp away. Would this adversely affect my cigars if I kept the humidor down there ?
It is generally the coolest place I. The house in the summer and as underground is fairly mild during even th e harshest of winters . I assume that this temperature wise would be good , would I be correct ??
